Return Policy - Handloom Sarees of Bengal

At SAREES OF BENGAL, we are committed to provide you the best service to make your shopping experience delightful with us. However, in those odd case when you are not fully satisfied with your ‘Sarees of Bengal’ purchase, here are our return policy.

  1. If you wish to cancel your purchase, call us immediately within 24 hours of booking. We will cancel your order only under circumstances that the product has not been dispatched. We will initiate a refund  and a confirmation mail will be sent to you for the same.
  2. If you have received the product, but not happy with it and wish to return inform us over email at [email protected] Or call us at 09874748800. Return request should be placed within 24hrs of receiving the product. Please make sure returns are only accepted against manufacturing defects or wrong item send.
  3. Reason of return should be clearly mentioned in your email. Incase of any defect, attaching picture of the damaged portion is mandatory.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your return request. Please do not ship any order without the confirmation email.
  5. Once you receive confirmation mail from our end, return the saree through a registered courier service and send a mail of the same stating its tracking no. Saree folds and tag should be intact.
  6. You have a choice of getting another piece of the same saree (depending only on availability) or any other saree of same or higher value (credits to be kept for 29days).

 Every decision taken by Sarees of Bengal team is final for any return request.
