Q:Why should I buy from this site?
A:We keep an eclectic range of Handwoven based Sarees including Jamdani, Baluchari, Kantha, Tussar, Matka, Muslin, Katan etc. We work in close co-ordination with Weavers to ensure authenticity of products. Also, we are ourselves avid shoppers of Sarees. So, we are your proxy at Weaver's place, cherry-picking the best ones. 

Q:How do you ensure quality of the products?
A:Each product is hand-picked by the team. This is following by a detailed quality check. This ensures consistent quality.

Q:How can I buy a product listed on the site?
A:You may choose the product you like, click on Add to Cart to ensure you have chosen the product. After selection, you may verify your choice and Proceed to Checkout. In the checkout page, just fill-in your basic information like Name, Address, email etc.

You may pay us through payment gateway using debit/credit card, netbanking etc. We use the safest and one of earliest payment gateways in India, CCAvenue. 

You may also choose Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as an option. We do COD in most of the major Cities and Towns across India via Delhivery.

Q:What do I do if I have any questions?

Q:What do I do if a product is defective?

A:Please refer our cancellation policy.

Q. Do you have the option of Cash on delivery for payment?
A. Yes, we have the option of Cash on Delivery in selected locations in India with a nominal charge of Rs. 100.

Q. What is the delivery charge for shipping within India?
A. We provide free delivery for shipping within India.

Q. Do you deliver in countries outside India?
A. Yes we do deliver in countries outside India. Presently we ship in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE. We use DHL Express to deliver shipments and provide you with the online tracking number to track your shipment.

Q. Can we order from your website if I reside in any other country other than that you mentioned?
A: Yes. You can pay by credit card.
Alternatively, we also accept Paypal. If you like to pay via Paypal, you can mail us a link of the product at sareesofbengal.com with your address. We would reply with a Paypal invoice.

Q. What are the delivery charges outside India?
A. The Delivery charges would depend on the size and location. We take utmost care in ensuring that the product is carefully handled and deliveries are timely. For this purpose, we use DHL Express service.

Q. Can I order an already sold saree?
A. Yes you can always order a saree which is marked as sold. Do let us know about it over email at sareesofbengal@gmail.com. We will confirm it to you over email.

Q. Do all the sarees have blouse piece?
A. No, all sarees do not have blouse piece. Displayed sarees that are with blouse piece are mentioned in the saree description.

Q. Can I return a product if I do not find it as per my expectations?
A. Yes, you can return it within 3 days of delivery. For details, please refer Return Policy.
